Liquid eye base with great stability. Can be used alone on the eyelid before applying the shadow or mixed with shadows, pigments or glitter for longer duration.
How to apply:
Use just a few drops and apply them with a brush and apply a thin layer to the eyelids. You can also mix it with shadows, pigments or glitter on your hand or on a surface and place the mixture with a brush on the eyelids.
Wait a few seconds for it to be absorbed and use your favorite shadow.
